Does anyone happen to know where I can find Microsoft's core specifications for a device (pocket pc) to be Windows Mobile 5 compliant? Say, I wanted to design my own hardware, and I wanted it to run Windows Mobile 5, are there directives?

I can't find any such things ANYWHERE! wtf.
